Baronial Seat -
At Coronation we will be signing treaty with Bhakail and An Dubhaigeainn Haus Guard. Effectively
re-creating the Wet Lands Alliance.
We will be fighting together under the Wet Lands Alliance still retaining our own colors. Need to
get numbers of fencers, fighters, archers who will be fighting with us. The War College wants to know
what it is we are going to have.
Please email the Baron if you are going to be at Pennsic and whether you will be a fighter, archer or fencer.
If you are going to Pennsic and fighting with a different household, please let the Baron now that also.
We will be talking about Baronial Games during the feast at Coronation to try and drum up interest.
Medallions we have just enough to get through the next event not enough to get through Pennsic, we need
to order more. Supply of scrolls is ok. We can always use more.
Request for 100.00 so that the Barony can order medallions.
If you are interested in doing scrolls contact Siobhan.
Demo for Swim Club on July 26th. There has not been a lot of interest in this demo the motion was made
to not participate and that motion was passed. The swim club will be notified.

100.00 towards the Pavilion will be able to their arms on a dag that will measure at 3" x 5" .
Vote for donating of 100.00 for Pavilion was passed.

Mistress of A&S -
We are planning with Tyrum a Shield Wall at Pennsic for the campsite.
There are 2 project nights this month. Tyrum will have a prototype worked out as to what we
would like for arms on the Shield Wall. There will be two taller Iron Bog devices at the entrance
to camp and one at each corner. The rest of the line will be filled in with sheets bearing the
arms of people in the Barony.

They are teaching dance at Barren Sands and Caer Adamant.
They will be posting a list of dances and midi files to the Yahoo Dance Board.

Knight Marshal -
Fighter practice is going great. Six new fighters showing up. Practice is outside now that
the weather is nice. We are able to do more melees.
Authorizations will be done at Baronial Games.
Directions to the new site have been posted on the website. Practice is at the same time as before.
Lord Sterling has submitted all the paperwork required to be a Youth Marshall.
Youth Fighting -
Youth Fighting is picking up. Lord Sterling has been working with about 3 or 4 youth fighters.
April 20th is next Youth Fighting Day.
Rapier Marshal -
Report went in on time.
This is the last month that Lord Lorenzo will serve as Rapier Marshall.
2 letters of intents were received. Lady Jane and Don Nigel. Vote will take place at this
(the April) Meeting.
Company Captain of the Archers (acting) -
Please store your bows unstrung and in a horizontal position.
No practices, still looking for a replacement.

Vote for New Marshall of Fence: Lady Jane and Don Nigel have submitted letters of intent
and a vote was taken. Don Nigel was voted in as the new Marshall of Fence for the Barony of Iron Bog.
Voting for New Officers: Voting will be done next month for a new Web Mistress and for
Knight Marshall. Lord Tyrum was the only letter of intent received for Knights Marshall. For Web
Mistress a letter of intent was received from Saikhan.
Harvest Feast/Wedding: We do not have an official budget yet. Christopher has been
working on a feast. Creature is the autocrat for this event with a lot of hand holding. Possible
site of event will be at Creature's church. The SCA is welcome back to this site. They will work
with us on the price which depends on how much of the building we use. Need to know numbers attending
event and feast and which dates are not good for holding the event. Dates not acceptable first
weekend in October, 2nd weekend is traditionally Ghost, Goblins, and Ghouls, after that all weekends
are good. Last weekend of October and First Weekend of November is Crown. There will be a Brides
Champion and Grooms Champion for the tournaments and for A&S wedding finery and a subtleties competition.
Name of Event will be A Harvest of Hearts.
Baronial Games: Planning going well. There will be thrown weapons. Signs needed to be
retrieved from Magdalena and also the radios and flash lights. First Tournament will begin at 7:13 pm
Friday night.
Pennsic: Please pre-register, and get your tent sizes to Tyrum. Christopher is still looking
into a trailer rental at Coopers.
Southern Region Rapier Champion: proposal was made by Don Collin that since there is now
a Northern Region Rapier Champion, that we should hold a championship for the Southern Region.
Suggestion was made to use the Tall Pine's Campsite if it is available. Date for this event is September
12th, 13th, and 14th. This would be a camping event. Rapier Academy of Champions. Anyone living in
the Southern Region is eligible to compete. There will be classes offered with a break for the actually
tournament. This will be a single elimination tournament.

are Siege Marshalls.

by the Seneschal.
